Our journey began in Coimbatore in the 1970s, when our founder—an MIT-trained electrical engineer—co-founded Indian Transformers along with his brother. Over five decades, we’ve grown from fabricating transformer enclosures to delivering high-precision sheet metal parts for industries like earthmoving, renewable energy, elevators, railways, automotive, and defense. Operating from three advanced facilities in Tamil Nadu, we execute everything in-house—from CNC cutting and bending to robotic welding, powder coating, and final assembly—under ISO-certified systems and a culture of engineering integrity.
